Another interesting recipe I've been making for ages now! It's crunchy and best served with some sweet chili sauce!
Ingredients:
3 medium sized potatoes (grated)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp flour
1 tbsp chopped coriander
1 tsp parsley
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tbsp chopped shallot
Mix all ingredients well together and shape into small balls
Deep fry in hot vegetable oil

Cheese Balls
Cheese Balls are an amazing snacks and can also serve as appetizers!
It's very easy to make and I assure you that your guest are gonna love it so much.
You will need:
80 g margarine or butter
275 ml water
100 g flour
2 eggs (beaten)
100 g grated cheddar cheese
1/2 clove of crushed garlic
salt and pepper
Oil for deep frying
1. Put the margarine/butter and water in a saucepan and bring to boil. As soon as the butter has dissolved, add in the flour and stir quickly until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball
2. Remove from the heat and add half of the eggs. Mix well and then add the remaining egg to get a smooth mixture. (You might want to use an electric whisk to get better results)
3. Add the remaining ingredients
4. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil
To make the recipe more interesting, you may also wish to add prawns or chicken to this recipe :)

This is a very nice dessert that you can serve any time! It's easy to make and so delicious!
So let's get started!

1 pineapple (peeled and grated)
3 tbsp sugar
2 tsp gelatine powder or 3 tbsp powdered agar agar
1 medium sized evaporated milk
1. Mix the grated pineapple with sugar and cook over low heat for 3 minutes
2. Dissolve gelatine/agar agar in 4 tbsp of hot water
3. Whip the milk and add in the gelatine/agar agar
4. Add the pineapple and mix well
5. Place in the fridge until it sets
And voila! Feel free to substitute the pineapple to any fruits of your choice. I reckon a mango one would taste absolutely amazing!

American Pancakes
Who doesn't love american pancakes with maple syrup?! Here's the recipe I've been using for a few yrs now! Love it! :)
Note: The quantities are in ml because I did not have a kitchen weighing scale! Lolz
You will need:
500 ml flour
250 ml milk
65 ml sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl
2. Add milk, eggs and vanilla and mix well until you get a smooth mixture
3. Cook on a non stick frying pan until both sides are slightly golden
Note: The quantities are in ml because I did not have a kitchen weighing scale! Lolz
